CHANGE THE OUTCOME
I can’t be in control of what happens (I wish I could), but I can be in control of my thoughts. Learning how to change my thoughts has changed my life.
For example, if I think it’s going to be difficult to write a book, first, I’m going to subconsciously do everything to keep putting it off – even though I do want to write a book!
When I finally sit down to write, I’ll notice how hard it is to start. Then I’ll worry I have nothing interesting to say. My thoughts will keep spiraling into negative territory until I’ve convinced myself that writing a book is too hard.
Ultimately, I’ll give up.
Essentially, my thoughts created a self-fulfilling prophecy.

SELF FULFILLING PROPHECIES
Of course, a prediction is simply a thought in your mind. There are two ways any prediction can go:
1. One Way or
2. Another Way
1. Succeed or
Unless you are a psychic, you won’t know what will happen in your future.
But… you can make changes to the way you think to make sure that things go the way you want.
If your prediction is NOT WHAT YOU WANT, then you can change your prediction. You have the ability to do this every time.
Of course you do, because you can change any thought in your mind.
What would happen if you change your prediction – your thought – and it came true?
If the possibilities are 50% – 50%, and you are focusing your energy on the positive outcome, you have a better chance of success. (By the way, this is what the Law of Attraction is all about.)
Doesn’t it make sense to focus on what you want to create a positive result?
I can’t guarantee what will happen, but I can guarantee that thinking about what you want will always make you feel better.
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE?

B: You know that you can change any thought (or prophecy), then..
C: What one worry or fear could you change today that would make you happy?
If “I can’t do it”…pops in your mind, change what you say to yourself.
