EFT for fast improvement.
When I first heard of EFT in 2001, I was more than skeptical. Get real. Stories of people tapping on meridian points and almost instantly feeling better? I wasn’t born yesterday. Tapping can’t improve your life. Tapping was what people did when they are bored or annoyed.
Every time I thought of EFT, I had to chuckle at the thought of parades of people tapping and happily marching happily down the street, right behind P.T. Barnum. No way can tapping help.
When I heard about tapping again, a few weeks later, I decided to look into it.
After a year of intense study, I chose to incorporate EFT into my hypnotherapy practice. Almost immediately I noticed that clients were improving faster. The combination of EFT and hypnosis was much more effective than using each technique by itself!
Manifest a great day in 2 minutes
Hundreds of my clients have reported how much they benefit from this short exercise so I wanted to share it with you.
Do this short EFT session before you start your day, preferably before you get out of bed. Then at night, notice how great your day felt.
- Do two rounds of EFT on all the things that bother, upset, worry, or cause you any negative thoughts. Say something different on each tapping point. If there is only one thing to tap on, then just repeat it while you tap on all the points.
- For your third round, ask yourself “How do I want my day to be?” Maybe you want to choose to have a great day. Again, tap on all the points and say “I choose to have a great day.” or “I like the idea that I choose to have a great day.”
