5.8 Earthquake in Virginia. Felt in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and New York.
Did you feel it too? It kind of makes you think about your life.

A moment ago we were sitting in our 2nd floor office when we heard a low rumble. Thinking that it was a truck on Route 30 in Wayne, we ignored it. A moment later we felt our building undulate and move under our seats.

We were confused. Surprised. We looked each other and bolted out of our chairs and ran outside.

Were you frightened?
Did the earthquake shake up your world?

When something scary happens, its a great time to reflect on your life.

Take a moment and think about your life. If something extreme were to happen today, would you reflect back on your life and have regrets about things you didn’t do?

What are your dreams? What do you want to be doing that is in alignment with your values and goals?
